The software is the easy half

Four hundred members already live in a notebook, and the receptionist has never used anything like this. That, not features, is what decides whether a gym actually switches. So these five are done by us, with you.

  1. Getting started

    We move your members across

The reason gyms stay on paper is not that software is hard. It is that somebody has to type four hundred names before anything works. So we do that part. Send us the register, the spreadsheet, or photographs of the pages, and we set the gym up with its members already in it.

    What we do

    • Take your register, spreadsheet or photos and build the member list from it
    • Carry across plans, expiry dates and outstanding balances
    • Check the result with you line by line before anyone starts using it

    What you do

    • Send us what you have, in whatever state it is in
  2. Training

We teach your counter staff, in Urdu, at the gym

The person who uses this software forty times a day is the receptionist, not the owner. We sit at your counter and work through the real screens (taking a fee, checking a member in, finding who has not paid) until it is faster than the notebook was.

    What we do

    • On-site sessions in Urdu, at your gym, at a time that suits your staff
    • A short printed sheet for the counter, covering the five things they do daily
    • A follow-up session once the first month of fees has gone through

    What you do

    • Give us an hour with the people who will actually use it
  3. Messaging

We set up WhatsApp so reminders send from your gym

Fee reminders are the feature that pays for the software, and they only work if the message comes from your gym rather than from an unknown number. Getting a WhatsApp Business number approved is fiddly, so we do it.

    What we do

    • Register and verify the WhatsApp Business number for your gym
    • Submit the message templates and see them through approval
    • Set up the English and Urdu versions of each reminder

    What you do

    • Confirm the number and the gym name members should see
  4. Branding

Your name and your colour, on both apps

Your members should see your gym, not ours. The dashboard, the member app and every message carry your name and your brand colour. You choose one colour and the system derives the rest of the palette from it.

    What we do

    • Apply your logo and colour across the dashboard, the member app and messages
    • Check the colour is readable before it goes live, and tell you if it is not

    What you do

    • Send a logo and pick a colour
  5. Support

A person on WhatsApp, not a ticket queue

When a fee will not record at seven in the evening with a member standing at the counter, an email address is useless. Support is the same WhatsApp number on this page, answered by somebody who knows the product.

    What we do

    • Answer on WhatsApp during business hours
    • Fix data problems ourselves rather than talking you through them

    What you do

    • Message us. That is the whole process.

Cost

What this costs depends on your gym

Pricing follows your member count and how many branches you run, and setup is quoted with it rather than as a surprise afterwards. Message us with those two numbers and you will have a figure in that conversation. No form, no call booked for next week.
